Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical accounting, financial management, and budgeting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred)
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role

-10 years of Accounting and QuickBooks experience
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
