Third Party Representative - This position will work directly with insurance adjusters via phone or email for obtaining necessary information for coordination of benefits. Teamwork will be essential for this position. Representatives will need great communication and organizational skills to gather and notate information from insurance and/or attorneys. Position will require thorough and detailed individuals to ensure all information is translated for follow up.
Essential Duties
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, while demonstrating proper phone etiquette and HIPAA compliance
Obtaining accident details
Properly noting the account and dropping tasks to the correct department
Verifying third party claims and status with adjusters and attorneys
High School Diploma and GED
Strong Knowledge of computer skills and typing
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Dependable and Detailed individuals with organizational skills
Great Communication skills
Recommended- 1 or 2 years experience with telephone communications
