Job Summary
Alleguard, we’re expanding our sales team to align with our growing business. We are looking for a qualified KeyAccount Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing daily sales activities. As a Key Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. You’ll need to be self-driven, highly independent, while integrating Team Selling and have a passion for Winning New Business
Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• You will build relationships with and gain the trust of your customers to understand their needs and strategically work toward a solution to resolve their challenges.
• You will continuously learn new techniques by establishing and expanding your knowledge on protective packaging solutions.
• You will be responsible for meeting your budgetary goals that are set by the V.P. Sales & Marketing and company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to manage accounts of all sizes and all types (regional & national)
• Go-getter, self-starter and team player
• Demonstration of dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all types of personalities
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
