```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of security protocols, procedures, and systems to mitigate risks and protect our organization.

```Duties```

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities

- Coordinate and communicate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed

- Train and educate staff on security procedures and emergency response protocols

- Investigate incidents of theft, vandalism, or other security breaches

- Manage access control systems

- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security equipment

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security management

```Experience```

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Security Manager or in law enforcement

- Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification

- Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques
