Job Summary
The Kitchen Supervisor assists the Kitchen Manager with training and development of staff. Performs duties of all positions within the department including serving, bartending, bussing, greeting, and expediting. Resolves Team Member and guest-related situations. Acts as a Kitchen Manager when required. Experience in hosting, serving, and cashiering is required. Must possess working knowledge of computer terminal and cash register operations.
