Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Manager Labor Relations to join our team. This position can be based at any of the following locations; Beachwood OH, Dallas TX, Moon Twp PA, Irvine CA, Galesburg MI, Highland IL, Syracuse NY, Arden NC, Charlotte NC, Ft Worth TX, or Tualatin OR. Flexible, hybrid work schedule is also available.
This position will be in the Manager, Labor Relations role for 18 to 36 months and then transitions into a business HRD role needing the flexibility to relocate.
Position Overview:
Responsible for providing subject matter expertise and guidance for the Labor Relations function, to all union locations in the United States. In addition, this role will be responsible for leading Eaton’s Union Avoidance programs, including Site Assessments, Front Line Leader Training, Positive Employee Relations, etc. The role will encompass advising on complex employee relations cases and advising internal HR COEs on employee relations and compliance matters.
