Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients (existing and potential) and serving as a point of contact regarding our services via face-to-face, phone, and e-mail interactions.
• Scheduling using Google Calendar based on time needed and distance to the job site
• Generating and following up on client invoices using QuickBooks Online
• Performing general administrative duties (e.g. inventory counts, stocking supplies, etc.)
• Meet all project timelines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and manage a fast paced environment.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish) (Desired)
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite, and working knowledge/experience of operating a computer.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to sit up to 100% of the work day
• Proven track record of customer service experience
• Motivated, team-player attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
