POSITION PURPOSE:
Delivers US mail, interoffice mail, and packages to schools and departments on assigned delivery routes for WCPSS.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position operates in a warehouse environment. Work requires exposure to variable weather elements when making deliveries. It is also performed in a normal warehouse environment with variable temperature and moderate noise levels. The position, at times, must be able to come into direct contact with school system staff, staff members of external agencies, and the community. Work is considered strenuous physical work, requiring the exertion of up to 25 pounds of force. The work frequently requires driving automotive equipment.
