The Director Hospital Laboratory Services will ideally have their Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technologist or related field, their Medical Technologist MT, an ASCP Certification, and previous hospital laboratory leadership experience. The Hospital Laboratory Manager will enjoy a Monday - Friday day shift schedule.

The Director Hospital Laboratory Services will oversee all lab operations including Core Lab, Stat Lab in ED, draw centers and Phlebotomy.. This role involves establishing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards to enhance financial outcomes and operational efficiency. Crucially, the Director Hospital Laboratory Services is accountable for fostering a culture of excellence in the delivery and quality of hospital laboratory services. Serving as both a leader and a supportive figure, they play a vital role in maintaining a high-performance team dynamic among laboratory leaders and employees.
