Laboratory Supervisor

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to fill an opening at an Acute Care facility in Cape Coral, FL.  

Daily Responsibilities for the Laboratory Supervisor:

• Responsible for the direct supervision of technical and support personnel within the section and is the primary technical and clinical resource for staff 
• Provide effective communication, as it involves clear and concise interactions with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and patients, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment
• 2nd shift : 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• AAB, ASCP, AMT
• 3 years of laboratory experience 
• DPR Supervisor Lab License 
• BLS certification from AHA 
• Must be licensed in the State of Florida in
  • Microbiology
  • Serology
  • Clinical Chemistry
  • Hematology
  • Immunohematology

• Medical, Dental, Vision
• 403(b) & 457(b) retirement plans  
• PTO

Pay Details:

• $31.15 - $42.04 an hour (increases based on experience)
