Your Role: Responsibilities

• Dynamic Leadership: Supervise and inspire a team of technical and non-technical laboratory personnel across various shifts.
• Quality Champion: Oversee processes, ensure service excellence, and maintain regulatory compliance in key laboratory disciplines.
• Innovation in Monitoring: Develop systems to track quality assessment, initiate corrective actions, and oversee resource utilization.
• Team Development: Provide mentorship and guidance, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
• Talent Acquisition: Play a key role in hiring and nurturing top talent within the department.

We're Excited About You:

• Experience: 5 years as a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician generalist.
• Educational Prowess: Associate Degree in Science or Medical Laboratory Technician required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: FL State Supervisor License, licensure in 3 technical specialties, ASCP or AMT, and BLS certification.
