CSO is looking for a Shelter Community Support Provider to work with shelter guests in Northampton.
The Shelter Community Support Provider will provide intensive, clinical case management to consumers with serious mental illness needing such support, or who have been hard to engage in the mental health system. Services will be provided at shelter or in an outreach setting. The Shelter Community Support Provider will have regular contact with consumers, and will provide support services for family members and others in the "natural helping network."

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a mental health discipline plus two years' experience in community mental health setting preferred. Associate's degree and two years' experience or high school diploma and five years' related experience required. Experience treating individuals with a serious mental health illness strongly preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency. Must be able to work independently and follow through with projects. Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
