Duties:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals

- Set up and manage user accounts and access rights

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols

- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, Server)

- Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS, Android)

- Experience in IT support or a related field

- Ability to provide help desk support to end-users

- Knowledge of technical support best practices

- Understanding of firewall concepts and configurations

- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory

We are seeking a skilled LAN Technician to join our team. As a LAN Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. You will also be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
