• IBM Sterling Integrator Architect / Solution Architect / Senior Technical Architect

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, along with hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator.
• 10 years of experience in in EDI support and development roles.
• Proficiency in IBM Sterling Integrator, including hands-on experience with map development, business process modeling, and system administration.
• Understanding of supply chain/warehouse related EDI Transactions like 940, 945, 810, 856, etc.
• He / She will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to EDI and customer onboarding.
• The tasks categories may include, but are not limited to the following:
• EDI Setup & Configuration: Designing, setting up, and configuring the EDI system tailored to our business requirements.
• EDI Mapping & Translation: Creating and maintaining data maps to convert our internal data formats to and from standard EDI formats.
• Partner Onboarding for EDI: Seamlessly onboarding new trading partners, configuring EDI settings specific to each partner, and conducting initial testing.
• Monitoring & Error Handling: Continuously monitoring EDI transactions, detecting errors, and rectifying or escalating them promptly.
• Integration with CRM & Other Systems: Ensuring the onboarding platform integrates seamlessly with our CRM and other core systems, enabling automatic data flow and updates.
• Training & Support: Offering training for our team on the EDI system and onboarding platform and providing ongoing technical support to both internal users and external partners/customers.
• Continuous Improvement & Updates: Regularly reviewing and refining the EDI processes and onboarding platform based on feedback, technological advancements, and evolving business needs.
