Job Description:

As an RV Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of our customers' RVs. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various systems and components of recreational vehicles, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the overall experience for RV enthusiasts, enabling them to enjoy worry-free travel and relaxation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspections of RVs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including wiring, appliances, and lighting fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems such as leaks, clogs, and water heater issues.
• Conduct HVAC system inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair and replace structural components, including roofs, walls, floors, and slide-outs.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of RVs and prevent future issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options and provide cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours for billing and warranty purposes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Certification from an accredited RV technician training program (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
