Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Project Managers are responsible for oversight and management of the entire project delivery process and coordination with other discipline(s) internal or external to BL Companies.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Managing client relationships
    • Determining and guiding overall project direction
    • Driving and overseeing all technical and design aspects of project
    • Managing resources and productivity
    • Determining, enforcing and meeting deadlines
    • Maintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that are primarily within a single discipline
    • Building strong client relationship and presenting at public meetings are essential to this position

    Position requires retail, commercial and residential land development experience. Client and government agency interactions and excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. A Professional Engineers License is preferred.

    Required Experience:

    • PE License
    • 10 years experience in Land Development
