Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ability to respond to emergencies in a calm and effective manner. Ability to project a positive and professional image of The Salvation Army.
Education and Experience : High school diploma or required, and one year of experience working in a position with telephone switchboard responsibilities, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions : Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
