Manage staff productivity

Keep facility clean

Delegate tasks

Send/Receive Email

Communicate with Store manager about all items that need attention each day

Handle emergency situations (call store manager)

Give out correct information to inquiring guests

Book birthday parties

Perform refunds when needed

Know all aspects on operating the café area

Cashiering

Answering phones

Making sure weekday activities are completed in a timely manner

Be creative and take initiative to come up with ideas to give the store manager

Supervision of the parties to ensure that things go according to expectation

Provides customer service support to the organization

Handling of difficult or unusual situations

Planning and executing events and parties

Undertake health and safety inspections and cleaning inspections as per the processes and procedures, reporting any faults to the Duty Manager.

Preparing for parties and events and assisting customers during their special event.

Preparing decorations and event items prior to the event date

Posses confidence to perform in front of the kids and adults at the events and birthday parties

Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks

Flexible attitude to working requirements to meet the needs of Cheeky Monkeys
