Receptionist duties:
· Answer phone calls
· Assist walk-in customers, receipt contracts, obtain ID’s for closings
· Pull all documentation needed for Order Entry and email requests to Order Entry to open title for new orders
· Create escrow folders
· Send title work, ICPL, tax service to lenders
· Send schedule b items to buyers
· Collect personal information from seller’s and buyer’s
· Verify Schedule C Liens
· Bank deposits
· Mail drop off
· Stock printers with paper and order more when it is running low
· Keep conference rooms clean and stocked
· Order supplies such as drinks, coffee, candies, ect.
Job description
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who come into our office. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, managing calendar, receipting contracts, assisting walk-ins, emailing out title work and entering orders. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Must have prior receptionist/office experience. Will also do errands to banks in Weslaco on a daily basis using their own vehicle and some occasional travel to McAllen. Ultimately, a receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
