- Manage and respond to online sales inquiries promptly and professionally

- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and follow up on potential customers

- Utilize retail math principles to calculate pricing and discounts for online sales

- Provide sales support by guiding customers through the online purchasing process

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of online and offline sales efforts

- Utilize knowledge of automotive sales to effectively promote products and services

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of internet-based selling techniques

- Experience in negotiating prices and closing online sales deals

- Familiarity with market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly

- Previous experience in sales management is advantageous
