    Essential Functions:
    Reinsurance Administration Support:
    • Maintain reinsurance tracking spreadsheet and established reinsurance files on the SharePoint page.
    • Maintain Lender files on SharePoint.
    • Upload documents to SharePoint.
    • Review required documentation and coordinate with team members to obtain additional documents or information.
    • Prepare monthly Bordereau.
    • Working with accounting to obtain a listing of high-liability policies.
    • Obtain copies of policies from agents, and upload them to the SharePoint folder.
    • Review the file and work with the Underwriter to create or modify the submission summary based on the final policy.
    • Request payment from accounting.
    • Prepare monthly Management Reports.
    • Download data from eWestcor, format data, and use VLOOKUP to complete fields.
    • Create pivot tables.

    Administrative Support:
    • Maintain SharePoint pages for International, Reinsurance, and Reference.
    • Post Documents.
    • Archive obsolete documents.
    • File Client documents.
    • Compose, edit, and/or format information for internal and external communications (memos, emails, presentations, reports, Excel spreadsheets).
    • Maintain Compliance policies; submit policies for annual board approval.
    • Submit Jitbit tickets for new hires and routine support requests.
    • Coordinate equipment purchases for new hires.
    • Assist with new product testing and validations.
    • Assist with the yearly corporate insurance application process.
    • Respond to requests for Insurance Certificates.
    • Other duties as may be assigned.

    Education, Formal Training, and/or Experience:
    • Associate's Degree (3 years of administrative experience) (Minimum Required).

    Reasoning Ability:
    • Ability to identify problems, collect data to provide examples, and work with the Administrator to resolve.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
