Land Administrator assists in the preparing, updating and maintaining all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Ensures all information is in compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulations. Being a Land Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Land Administrator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. We are seeking individuals to join our team for equipment operator/labor positions:
We work on the following types of projects:
-Vegetation management and fire fuel reduction. Chain saw and chipping (Government contracts and private)
-Tractor, dozer and excavation work. Concrete and hard scape.
-General land improvements, gravel roads, RV pads, water tank pads, building pads, French drains, grading, hiking trail installs and other land improvements.
-Custom Farming, seeding pastures, general tillage, amending soil and deep ripping for vineyard install.
Class A drivers license preferred and 3 years of operating experience. Locations change weekly
Every day is different, you will always be learning something new. Must be hardworking, self starter, timely and willing to take on different projects. Must have a good work ethic and attitude and be a team player.
