Job Title: Play Gym Lead 
Job Type: Part Time 
Compensation: $12 to $14 per hour

We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Play Gym Coordinator to greet customers, help keep our facility clean, and to help maintain a fun and safe environment for all our guests! 

Job Description and Expectations 

The Play Gym Coordinator is the first person that customers meet at Little Land. This person is responsible for greeting customers, checking them in for classes and events and being knowledgeable about all classes and programs at Little Land. Other job duties include answering the phone, booking birthday parties and class enrollments for customers, and ensuring the facility is clean before each play session.  

In addition to coordinating activities in the play gym, Play Gym Coordinators greet patients and assist our pediatric therapy team as needed to ensure a positive experience for all our patients and their families.  

This position may be offered as a part time or full-time opportunity depending on the needs of your local Little Land facility. Our facility operates every day of the week, so schedules and hours may vary from week to week and include weekday, evenings and/or weekend shifts.  

Qualifications 

• Experience working with children
• Experience in customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements 

• Be able to pass a background check prior to starting work
• Obtain and maintain active first aid and CPR certification (paid for by us)
