Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Project/Program Manager is responsible for managing a program of projects for a client based out of Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate is regionally located to be able to report into the client offices regularly, the remainder of the time working remote. This role is responsible for implementing project plans, managing project teams, and partnering within TRC to create effective execution plans. This role operates at a higher organizational level, coordinating multiple project managers for a consistent program message across multiple projects. The Land project manager must embrace collaboration and provide strong leadership and management skills consistent with TRC core values. This role reports directly to the Land Director. The ideal individual has experience managing linear electric transmission projects.
