Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Overview:
Each dock hand is responsible for carrying-out the operations of the marina. The marina is a service-driven business; therefore, the customer must be the main focus and driving force behind every task that takes place from daily dock walks, grounds maintenance, and restroom sanitation to physically interfacing the customer at the fuel dock, campgrounds, or anywhere else on-or-off the grounds. As a result, the right candidate will be professional, courteous, and able to deliver the ultimate experience for our guests. While the primary focus of the dock hand's responsibilities focus on the customer, safety is also of the utmost importance. Dock hands shall carryout their duties in a manner that assures safety for themselves, the customer, and marina property.
