Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!   The role: As the Family & Community Support Services Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the general operations of our Family & Community Support  Services. Reporting directly to the Family & Community Support Services Manager, you will provide direction to staff, ensuring efficient program delivery and exceptional service to our community members. Your responsibilities will include managing a limited caseload, serving as a community partner responder on cases referred by various county departments/programs, and attending collaborative meetings to ensure effective coordination of services.   We would love to hear from someone who: Has a BA/BS in Child Development, Human Services, Family Studies, Sociology, Psychology or related field. Has at least two years’ experience working with families and children. Has at least two years supervisory experience. Has a valid California Driver’s License, and a reliable vehicle available for business use (mileage reimbursed) and acceptable driving record.   As the Family & Community Support Services Program Supervisor, you will: Oversees the day to day operations of programs for parent education, family support, school based, collaborative community projects, and all other FCSS Programs. Hires, trains, evaluates, and provides disciplinary action to staff. Creates and updates program manuals, as needed. Ensures that staff are trained in their specific programs. Along with the Family & Community Support Services Manager, provides direction to the Family & Community Support Services Administrative Assistant and Data Analyst/Program Assistant with case assignments, program rosters, tracking data and outcomes, and assisting with reports. Assists Family & Community Support Services Manager in developing policies and procedures. Attends meetings and conferences to represent programs and build collaborative partners. Conducts outreach for programs and attends events, as needed, to promote program services. Attends trainings that helps increase skills and maintain knowledge of available community resources and services. As needed, carries a small caseload of clients Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age by date of hire. Must comply with the CAPSLO COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, either being fully vaccinated or sign a vaccination declination form. Based on program, a current TB skin test/Chest X-Ray may be required. Employment is contingent upon meeting all applicable job requirements and background requirements. A criminal history clearance is required prior to employment. Upon hire, agency staff will check the Megan’s Law (or the current sexual predator website) to ensure each staff being hired is clear for employment.
