Land Surveyor jobs in Fort Collins, CO

King Surveyors, a division of Landpoint, is currently looking for an entry level surveying position, also known as an Instrument Man or Rodman, to join our team. We have outlined several of the duties and responsibilities as well as desired qualifications for the position below. This position will be located in our Windsor, CO office. 

Essential Functions

• Will work outside assisting in survey related tasks
• Dig ground using a pick, shovel and other hand tools to search for and locate survey monuments.
• Hold and plum rod in obtaining elevations and distances.
• Drive stakes to set grades on construction projects.
• Know, understand and demonstrate safe working/operating methods of assigned tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and drug free required.
• Starting wage $16.00 / hour or DOE
