• Perform land surveys for maintenance, location, and relocation of property corners through the use of GPS equipment and/or conventional surveying equipment
• Perform construction surveys for roads, bridges, buildings, subdivisions, and other properties.
• Perform boundary surveys and establish rights-of-way and easements for roads and properties.
• Research legal and survey records to acquire information about property boundaries, including deeds, easements, vacations, dedications, Right of Ways, riparian rights, etc.
• Perform basic and advanced field calculations for all aspects of survey work with AutoCAD.
• Manage project activities, budgets, and timelines.
• Train and develop Survey Technicians.
• Ensure the safe performance of project work.

• Must hold a Professional Land Surveyor license in Pennsylvania, additional licensure in other states is a plus (such as MD or WV).
• 5-7 years of surveying experience.
• Proficiency working in AutoCAD and GPS
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines, lead staff, and provide subcontractor oversight.
