    Tectonic is actively seeking an experienced full-time Project Manager for an ongoing civil / infrastructure project in New Rochelle, NY.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Supervises, coordinates, and tracks all field site activities and provides technical advice on construction and design; executes corrective action using engineering design on projects to resolve issues;
    • Responds to requests for information from contractors by interpreting plans and specifications by utilizing advanced knowledge of engineering and experience; documents contractor performance;
    • Regularly reviews engineering design, plans, reviews and approves contract submittals and payment applications to contractors;
    • Leads on-site engineers and inspectors to effectively observe work in progress in accordance with project requirements and to ensure that project records are properly maintained;
    • Monitors the progress of the project in accordance with contract cost and schedule, including project timelines and specifications, and holds progress meetings as required;
    • Ensures all project documentation is completed and submitted as required, and completes necessary project close-out processes;
    • Implements and follows Company and project safety protocol;
    • All related duties as required to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
    • Minimum of 10 years professional construction experience, with prior experience managing the completion of a building construction project greater than $25M;
    • Ability to effectively communicate with project team;
    • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills;
    • Effective computer skills, with the ability to effectively utilize project related software;
    • A valid, clean driver's license and personal vehicle to travel to job sites is preferred.
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is frequently required to assume a stationary position, handle, inspect, and/or feel documents, materials and/or equipment relevant to the job and communicate about same. The employee is also regularly required to move around on project sites and within buildings and other structures, including ascending or descending the landscape or on a ladder, and positioning themselves appropriately to access necessary testing materials and equipment, frequently for prolonged periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs., and sometimes lift and/or move up to 55 lbs. The employee is constantly working in outdoor weather conditions, including exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, and precipitation. The employee will also communicate with colleagues, supervisors and clients utilizing Corporate and client e-mail and telephone systems. The employee must also occasionally operate a computer, as well as other related office machinery, such as calculators, printers, and fax machines. This position also may require the regular operation of a motor-vehicle, which may require remaining stationary for extended periods of time.

    PAY RANGE
    Tectonic's goal is to compensate employees fairly and equitably across all positions Companywide. Our advertised pay ranges are representative of our good faith effort to provide a reasonable anticipated salary range. The offered pay may be outside of the provided salary range based upon the selected candidate's work location, experience, education, certifications, and capabilities compared to the advertised position.
    Pay Range: $175,000 - $220,000 per year
