Our client focuses on Total Building demolition and remediation as well as site development, highway and road construction and Asphalt paving.

The ideal Land Planner candidate will have:

*5 years experience as a Land Planner in the Construction industry on commercial, industrial, and government building projects.

Responsible for:

*Planning and development stage of land development, acquiring local and state permits.

*Interact with a client to decide how to convert the land.

*After creating a plan, ensuring the project's safety and efficiency.

*Communication skills, customer-service skills, and flexibility.

LAND PLANNER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide purchase to development.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings in business plans and meetings at executive levels.
