Join Our Creative Team as a Landscape Architect/Designer

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in landscape architecture (10 years preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge: Extensive familiarity with South Florida plant materials, expertise in planting design and landscape construction, proficiency in 2D construction documentation (material specifications, layout plans, and dimensioning)
• Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD and LandFX are required, additional design or drafting software experience is a plus

Duties:

• Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental conditions and constraints. Assist with development of existing conditions plans.
• Collaborate with the design team and clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
• Develop innovative, practical planting plans for residential, commercial, and public spaces within the constraints of code restrictions, budget, and contract scope.
• Create and develop detailed installation specifications for a seamless installation process.
• Prepare project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with other related professionals, including engineers, architects, surveyors, interior designers, pool contractors and landscape installers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices in landscape architecture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
