Rapoza Landscape is seeking to add additional Landscape Crew members for the 2023 Season. Take advantage of this opportunity before we are fully staffed. We are a local company that has been in business for over 30 years, and we service some of the most high-end properties in Falmouth.

We offer highly competitive hourly pay plus attendance incentives (All field crew can earn an additional $3/hour for good attendance) and bonus pay (conditions apply).

• Have a valid MA Driver's license with a good driving record
• Be willing to work in inclement weather

Position Summary:

This associate performs basic landscape maintenance, garden, and/or construction tasks while following standard Rapoza work methods and practicing safe work habits to provide quality service to our clients. This position is under the direction of a Crew Leader.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to instructions given by the Crew Leader, or the Crew Leader in Training when the Crew Leader is absent.
• Participate in the work performed at each job site, including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, pruning, mulching, etc.
• Dig holes and trenches as necessary for work completion.
• Communicate observations and concerns to the Crew Leader.
• Maintain high standard of quality of all work performed.
• Follow proper safety procedures and standards on a regular basis.
• Participate in all necessary Rapoza training with relation to equipment and safety.
• Arrive for each work day on time and prepared, including dressed in the appropriate Rapoza uniform.

• Ability to follow instructions given by the Crew Leader.
• Ability to participate in a team environment and work well with other Crew Members.
• Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn Rapoza standards and procedures for work completion.
• Demonstrate a commitment to safety and practicing safe work behaviors.
• Demonstrate accountability for work being performed and completed on schedule.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. on occasion, and frequently transport plant material around the job site up to 50 lbs.
• Physical requirements also include lifting, bending, walking, carrying, and pushing (i.e. lawnmower) on a repetitive basis.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various whether conditions.
• May require evening and weekend work in response to client needs and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
