Overview:
Mattituck Landscape Design Firm is looking for a personal/office assistant to the owner and lead landscape designer of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist owner/lead designer with personal matters as needed.
- Organize, create, and label files as new clientele and projects cycle in.
- Answer phones, send emails, and take notes on new clients, and for owner as needed.
- *Ability to meet this is a plus* Assist with CAD designs using PRO Landscape software.
- Maintain a cleanly and organized office environment.
Experience:
*MUST HAVE VALID NYS DRIVERS LICENSE AND ABILITY TO GET TO/FROM OFFICE AS NEEDED*
- Experience working as part of a team in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc...)
- *Ability to meet this is a plus* Experience in CAD drawing and ability to implement notes as needed.
- Experience in customer service, and ability to connect in a professional and timely manner with clients and suppliers.
