    RRM Design Group is an employee-owned company seeking a full-time Senior Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Architecture team!


    The ideal candidates should have experience with public and private sector projects and have worked in landscape architecture or multi-disciplinary firm(s). The ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment working with multi-disciplinary teams, be focused on preparing quality work, and possess a strong ability to manage project teams and support business development. In this position, the candidates will work within a team setting to contribute to all phases of the design process from conceptual design to construction documents.


    YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

    • Providing overall project management and project team coordination
    • Preparing presentation graphics, site plans, and technical documents.
    • Monitoring and tracking project progress, invoicing, and budgets
    • Managing project budgets and preparing designs and components of design
    • Communicating effectively and proactively with peers, employees, and management
    • Presenting at public hearings, workshops, and meetings
    • Interacting with clients and representing RRM in a professional and courteous manner
    • Supervising and mentoring emerging staff.

    Requirements

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
    • Valid Washington Landscape Architect license.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in landscape architecture, with substantial experience as a consultant in a private consulting firm setting.
