HUNT is searching for a Landscape Architect to join our team in our Binghamton, NY office.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour Day shift. Monday-Friday.
Wage Range: $70,000- $95,000 year. Salary commensurate with experience and talent.
As a Landscape Architect, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team leading and coordinating spatial planning and site-specific design for projects associated with K-12 schools, municipal, site development higher education, and other public spaces. Responsibilities will include total management of design solutions and coordination of internal team members. Position reports to managing Landscape Architect and requires conveying workload to landscape designer. This position provides the opportunity for growth and advancement within our firm and landscape architecture team, focused on high quality and detail orientated local design solutions.
Education Qualifications
Candidate must minimally possess a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or similar
Licensed Landscape Architect in NY or PA or ability to apply for reciprocity
3-7 years of full time experience in a landscape design
Applicants shall have solid technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, site grading, planting design, cost estimating, specification review and technical writing
The position requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for working within an interdisciplinary design team environment.
Proficiency in Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator, Lumion, Sketch-Up or ESRI are a plus.
Preferred experience and knowledge in athletic facilities is a plus.
