Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various landscaping and irrigation projects, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various landscaping tasks
- Plan and execute landscape, irrigation and hardscape projects
- Coordinate and oversee the installation of landscape features such as plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscapes
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications, safety guidelines, and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of landscapes and address any issues or concerns
- Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in all aspects of landscape construction
- Strong knowledge of plant care, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and vendors
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and working cell phone - Background checks on all potential candidates

Note: This is a paid position. The hourly will be commensurate with experience.
