Responsibilities
The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of landscape management and installation of enhancement & irrigation projects. These responsibilities include supervising field personnel, managing subcontractors, overseeing projects to substantial completion and through the warranty period, communicating with customers, designers, and maintaining quality standards. The Operations Manager coordinates and works with the Account Executive/Managers, along with their team of Area Managers/Field Managers to schedule manpower and equipment resources.
