The Role
The Landscape Architect will work closely with the Sales team to create high-end, complex projects of various scopes, sizes and styles across the Kansas City Metro area. The successful candidate will be able to assist with business development efforts and management of clients while leading a team through all phases of the project lifecycle. You will work primarily at your design tale in the office and be in the field for potential on-site meetings as your designs go from idea to tangible.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and needs minimal direction to execute project work while mentoring, developing, coaching, and overseeing junior designers all while delivering high-quality design solutions.
