Fleurs is a LANDSCAPE GARDENING company working on Coastal Residential Properties in Southern Rhode Island and nearby Connecticut.
We are hiring FULL TIME (Will consider PART TIME) to fill positions on our LANDSCAPE CREW. Quality of work is very important; working well with others, more so. Pride in your work is a must!
Work includes, but is not limited to: Bed Preparation, Perennial, Shrub and Small Tree Planting, Pruning, Hedge Trimming, Weeding, Mowing, Grading, Lawn Seeding, Sod Installation, Mulching, Leaf Clean-up and overall Estate Care. Experience with related tools is helpful.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS -
Must be capable of detail oriented results.
Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, energetic pace and the willingness/desire to learn.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to our farm. Transportation to and from worksites is provided in our vehicles.
Need to be prompt and reliable.
A background check is required.
Must speak passable English.
Must be in good health and capable of sometimes strenuous work in variable weather conditions.
Horticultural Licenses: Pesticide, Hoisting a plus.
Must find the commute to Richmond, Rhode Island acceptable.
