    and beyond, by providing an exceptional experience. The Sales Manager
    identifies, suggests and implement enhancements, upgrades, and additional services.

    Responsibilities:
    · Increase landscape construction and outdoor living sales
    · Respond to qualifying leads through the office and by proactive prospecting
    · Solicit and prepare RFP’s for new prospects
    · Prepare client presentations
    · Execute contracts per assigned goals
    · Schedule appointments with leads, customers and internal teams
    · Communicate and present effectively to and with customers
    · Work with a Landscape Designer to create landscapes solutions for clients
    · Estimate projects; create, present and sell client landscape proposals
    · Collect signed contract, signed lien disclosures and deposit for each project
    · Communicate and engage customers throughout project
    · Collaborate with internal teams
    · Manage sales process through to close and beyond
    · Identify and suggest project enhancements, changes, upgrades and additional services
    · Use CRM by entering data in a timely and accurate manner, while staying abreast of sales pipeline
    · Prioritize daily task, customer activities and ongoing project
    · Learn, on a continual basis, products and services
    · Attend sales meetings
    · Assist in the execution and participation of trade shows, networking events, and other sales events to achieve business objectives
    · Prospect or cold-call, when needed or required

    Qualification Requirements:
    · 5 years of residential and commercial landscape and outdoor living sales experience.
    · Ability to achieve sales goals, which will be established at the beginning of each calendar year with the Sales Manager.
    · Willingness to travel locally throughout the day.
    · Aspire software experience, preferred.

    · Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret data associated with job duties and
    responsibilities.
    · Can appropriately respond and handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
    · Must be capable of speaking or delivering presentations using the appropriate formats,
    technology, and language skills.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
