Lawn Service Manager manages the daily activities of workers engaged in pruning trees and shrubs, cultivating lawns, and applying pesticides and other chemicals according to service contract specifications. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the unit. Being a Lawn Service Manager may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of nonexempt employees. Additionally, Lawn Service Manager relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager.      Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or general labor is highly desirable but not required. We will train!
     
     Skills:
     
    ·         Ability to work independently

    ·         Strong work ethic including honesty and integrity
    ·         Ability to work efficiently with both hustle and accuracy!
    ·         Strong customer service skills
     
    Qualifications
     
    ·         Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
    ·         Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds, 8-10 hours per day
    ·         Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
    ·         Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time
    ·         Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
    ·         Over 18 years of age
     
    Daily Tasks include:
    • Applying fertilizer, treating weeds and other beneficial lawn and yard services.
    • Performing lawn analysis and making service recommendations to Customers
    • No mowing or landscaping!
