Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and dedicated Human Resources/Office
Manager to oversee all HR activities and ensure the seamless operation of our office
environment. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to develop and implement
HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

administrative proficiency, bookkeeping experience, and customer service skills will be

This role is critical in fostering a calm, productive atmosphere within the team while

Duties
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with
organizational guidelines and local regulations.
Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership on employee relations, performance
management, talent acquisition, and retention.
Oversee office operations, including administrative tasks, clerical duties, and the
coordination of office supplies.
Manage accounting and bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and
receivable, invoice collection and entry, daily deposit posting, and supporting
departmental accounting needs.
Coordinate inbound shipments, packaging preparation, and shipping of customer
orders.
Handle office administration tasks, including company mail, onboarding
assistance, and other administrative duties as required.
Conduct new employee orientations, including compliance and developmental
training, as well as policy updates.
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and
capabilities. Oversee the company’s CRM system roll out, training functionality.
Oversee the company’s career path program.
Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, resolve conflicts, and ensure
confidentiality in all matters. Implement grievance procedures and enforce
accountability practices.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with corporate teams to implement company-wide HR programs and
initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop
strategies to address them.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field; Master's degree preferred.
5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or
leadership role.
Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
in the Central Region.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and
professionalism.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to
adapt to change.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

of applicable state and federal employment laws concerning labor relations.
