The Hard Work

Getting up early, lots of driving minimum of 3 site visits a day, getting on roofs to perform and document inspections, getting outside your comfort zone, frustration that comes with rapid growth and expansion, and pressure to perform by honoring your word.

Primary Responsibilities

To succeed in this job, you must:

• Get in front of 3 to 5 prospects a day.
• Expand your accounts and territories by helping customers succeed.
• Work with the sales manager to identify opportunities.
• Develop a plan with the sales manager to achieve goals.
• Carry & climb Ladders

Your Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Working knowledge of email and basic Microsoft Office
• Clean Driving Record and Reliable Transportation
• Experience with roofing software preferred, but not required
• Experience selling into Home Improvement industries such as: HVAC, Pool, Windows, Lawn Care, etc. should apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
