Lead Construction Representative jobs in Miami, FL

Our client is a well established and well respected top industry Interior Design and Construction firm offering state of the art architectural design and project management skills for high-end residential and commercial projects.

They are confidentially searching for a sharp Florida Licensed Lead Architect for high-end residential interior design and construction.

Compensation includes up to $160,000 base salary (based on experience), performance bonus, full family medical coverage, relocation/temporary housing assistance if needed, 401k match, paid vacation, monthly car allowance or company car, gas card, disability insurance, vision, pto, dental, sick leave and holidays as well as a great working environment along with many other perks.

Architect Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees a team and plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents for production space, office space, welfare area and repeat clients.
• Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
• Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit and 3D Modeling and Visualization.
• Works with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.

Architect Qualifications / Skills:

• Must have a current Architectural license in Florida
• Must live or be willing to relocate to Greater Miami area
• Must have an Architectural degree
• Must have experience with High-end residential and commercial projects
• Proficient in production software such as photoshop, InDEsign, Illustrator, and sketchup a plus
• Must be a leader
• 7 years working this field
• Ability to provide design solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
