As a Crew Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving team performance and ensuring the successful execution of assignments. Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside crew members, dedicating approximately 90% of your time to leading the crew and 10% to planning next steps.
• Set and effectively communicate the expected pace to drive crew performance.
• Execute assignments by leveraging your crew to meet production, safety, and quality expectations.
• Plan ahead and inform your direct reports of what is required to maximize crew performance.
• Use your skills as a craft employee to effectively supervise the work of other craft employees.
• Uphold and promote the company's values of humility, trust, respect, gratitude, and steadiness.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Possess adequate craft skills.
• Ability to print simple & complex sentences, series of numbers, and use a construction-related vocabulary as needed.
• Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively.
