Role Expectations

• Overall responsible for Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting and Monitoring of the project execution within the defined cost & timelines.
• Preparation of detailed Project Schedules, MIS, Project & Cost Variance Reports.
• Coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Logistics & Construction for the smooth & effective execution of the project.
• Ensure project execution as per the timelines and take necessary action to maintain the schedule in co-ordination with all the responsible departments.
• Managing Progress Measurement Systems.
• Managing Change Orders and Coordination with Client.
• Certification of Measurements & Sub Contractor Bills.
• Monitoring of Optimum Utilization and Productivity of Recourses.
• Reconciliation of Materials, Contractor Bills.
• Monitoring of billing procedures and cycle to ensure the timely cash flow for the project.
• Perform Schedule Analysis of alternative studies & impact of scope changes before & during schedule deviations.
• Preparation of Project Closure Reports.
• Implementation of project monitoring tools viz. Primavera, Wrench, SAP etc.
• Ensure international quality, safety, environment standards during project execution.

- Efficiently & effectively manage client, vendors. - Lead, Train & Motivate a team comprising of diverse demography, cultures & socio economic backgrounds. Education and necessary Certifications - BS/Bachelor of Engineering – Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical - Engineering Management, Operations Management, or similar PMP or equivalent

Experience
The candidate must possess at least 15 to 28 years of experience as Project Controls Manager in a EPC Company involved in execution of a green field project in Iron & Steel Making Plant including facilities such as Beneficiation Plant, Palletization Plant, DRI/HBI etc. Skills

• Should have in depth operational knowledge in Primavera, Wrench, SAP & other project control tools.
• Knowledge on overall EPC project execution cycle.
