Lead Quality Technician jobs in the United States

In this role you will:

• Identify and track missing documentation in loan files
• Collaborate with Lending team members to facilitate a high level of integrity as it relates to data in Sageworks and loan packages
• Be responsible for identification and tracking of missing documentation
• Act as an integral member of the client engagement team that will be involved in each transaction within an assigned portfolio
• Perform post-closing reviews of all new or modified loan transactions
• Analyze executed documents for accuracy and completeness
• Identify any closing errors and/or missing items.
• Ensure required KYC documentation is scanned into system of record
• Ensure loan documents and files are properly scanned into system of record
• Review and clear loan file maintenance alerts in a timely manner
• Use the core system and associated query software monitor loan system data integrity by spotting data inconsistencies
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in processing, document preparations or post-closing commercial loans
• Experience in operational support in a fast paced and high volume loan department
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial loan products
• Ability to understand and use data derived from systems to determine data integrity
• Microsoft suite of products including experience in excel or similar data management programs
• Excellent communication skills
