Pay rate: $250.00 a day

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Assist students in developing academic and career goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
- Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges
- Implement programs to address student needs such as bullying prevention or study skills improvement
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress

Skills
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of child protective services and child development
- Familiarity with special education programs and behavior management techniques
- Ability to provide cultural diversity counseling
- Proficiency in standardized testing interpretation
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
- Understanding of childcare and educational principles
