Job Description: As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the operational and marketing functions of the company. You will work closely with leadership to maintain websites, monitor book sales, review office expenses and invoice clients, as well as oversee product outflow from The Lean Store. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-starter, creative, analytical, and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level support to Lean Fox and our publishing company, The Lean Store by optimizing the websites, handling queries on book sales, and promoting our social media footprint.
• Perform general business operations duties such as maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Prepare invoices, financial statements, and other documents.
• Organize filing system, update training material, and prepare standard marketing material.

Key Requirements and Experience:

• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Previous experience with social media platforms, like X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Associate’s degree or higher with job related notable experience required.
• While this is primarily a remote position, you may be required to work or attend meetings in Oakland County, MI.
