Work with production personnel & leadership to develop and implement visual management boards in each work center. Assist work center leads and supervisors with maintaining the process.
Responsible for identifying and facilitating value added kaizens for operational processes. PDCA cycle must be followed.
Perform time studies on all key production work centers. Identify possible manufacturing process improvements and present to team as opportunities to improve.
Create, implement, & own a layered audit process for manufacturing floor processes. Analyzes data and assign appropriate action items to key team members to drive improvement. Raises flags to leadership on repeating issues.
Create a training program for basic lean principles and train manufacturing personnel.
3-5 years of experience in lean, process improvement, facilitation, and leading teams with proven results. Tech savviness preferred, Visio, Excel, Smartsheet, etc.
